20 students from Kesämäki School in Lappeenranta, Finland, and 21 students from ERG Donaustadt in Vienna, Austria, are working together on an Erasmus+ project focusing on endangered species. Both schools are located near water bodies, with the Finnish school situated by Lake Saimaa and the Vienna school by the Danube River and the Donau-Auen National Park. Through this project, the students aim to gain a deeper understanding of these ecosystems and their biodiversity, identify endangered species, understand the reasons behind their threatened status, and find ways to ensure their survival.
